I just started using obs smoothly now after fixing a really big cpu overload/encoding overload. I normally record and check the video I recorded to see if there was any lag and there's no lag at all even when I stream it barely takes cpu and is smooth. But when I'm streaming or recording and I use chrome its really laggy. Stuff doesn't load as fast as it normally loads when I'm not recording or streaming. Sometimes YouTube videos lag too. Is there any help I can get with this? cause everything is fine with obs itself like no lag when I record stream or anything like tha but when I use chrome its really laggy.

fyi: it might seem alot but for me it is pretty reasonable for 48 fps
normally its on 20 but it might of gone up since i had this tap open with alot of text xD
