The program sees the video from the camera only on one stage! In second place, it is not displayed, it is not visible to adjust the size of only the red circles, and that's it. But if you remove the camera from the very first scene, it is immediately installed and visible in the second place, but for the first time you can not see it anymore !!!! help me please

You need to use "Add Existing" to use the camera in both scenes. Don't add it as a new source.

There is no good way to do this due to how DirectShow works. The device would need to be reinitialized every time the settings change. I recommend you set the camera at the largest size, and then crop/resize it as needed in the second scene.
