It seems as though I've tried just about everything I can to fix my stream and either A) it looks fantastic but it lags like crazy, or the quality is super low but doesn't lag. There has got to be something I'm doing wrong. Below I've listed my specs. Can someone help set up my stream, setting by setting? Please don't direct me to a previous thread as I've tried reading old posts but my problems still persist.
I have 300 down 17 up for internet speeds.

Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 12GB
SSD: 128GB
