First off thank you so much for your hard work on this amazing piece of software. I have switched from Xsplit to OBS and it has been amazing for my streaming needs. Everything with computer gaming has been going very smoothly.

I am however running into a problem when streaming my Xbox 360

Im currentkly using a Blackmagic Intensity pro card. I have the video loaded and it looks great. All my configs are set to a great fps, bitrate, resolution, etc. But I am having a problem with the sound.

The option "Output sound to Desktop" doesn't seem to be working properly. Is this a problem with OBS and just waiting for a proper update? or am I doing something incorrectly?

I'd rather not go through the mess of using extra audio cables to loop sound back into my soundcard.. but let me know if this is currently my only option.

For reference here was my setup playing xbox on my old xsplit ways:

Xbox plugged into Desktop BMIP card hdmi input
card output to second computer monitor with HDMI input
bring up "decklink" video capture on xsplit. Xbox's audio would be playing through xsplit
Mute second monitor sound and use the xsplit xbox audio with a headset plugged into my desktop.
play the game whilst I stream it. streaming both heard audio, the game, and my desktop mic.

thanks ahead of time!

First of all - you want to select "Blackmagic WDM Capture" if it's listed in the devices, rather than "decklink", because the decklink one does its audio differently and doesn't have audio pins, which I annoyingly have to make a workaround for later somehow. The WDM capture should work, that's what people usually say, but I've heard that there can occasionally be some troubles

My OBS currently doesn't have the option for "Blackmagic WDM Capture" I used to have to downgrade my BMIP driver for it to work with xsplit..im going to upgrade and see if that works
