[HELP URGENT] OBS Studio CPU USAGE 80-90% Task Manager 40-50%

Im gonna participate on my first Tournament on friday and I need to fix this!

So my obs keeps cranking up the cpu usage, even though task manager says the opposite.

I use a couple of browser sources but when its at 30-40% usage its perfectly fine, but over 80-90% its ridiculous and why does it not show the same usage on task manager?

My log has been uploaded.

(ZenBook Pro 15) LAPTOP SPECS and OBS INFO:
CPU: Intel Core i9-8950HK @2.90GHz
16gb RAM (not sure what speed is at right now its factory)
windows 10 64bit
obs studio 32bit
ELGATO HD60 S Capture Card

OBS CPU monitor is monitoring OBS process (and possibly showing as percentage of a core? I don't know) NOT OS /overall level, as Task Mgr is showing. Sorry, I don't know why OBS would show a higher amount that Task Mgr (mine doesn't)

Your logs shows both encoding and rendering lags, so you clearly need to lower your settings to demand less.
Are you not using NVENC?
