Help trying to achieve the best 900p 30fps stream i can. OBS Studio
Hi Everyone.
I have recently upgraded my system and am trying to get my streaming settings as good as i can.
I know i cant get perfect video with 6000 bitrate. But im just checking what the best thing is i can do to improve.
My Current RIG and OBS Settings.
i7 8700K @ 4.5GHZ
GTX 1070
16GB RAM
Play games @ 1440p downscaling in OBS to 900p (Both 16:9)
OBS.
x264
CBR on
6000 Bitrate
Keyframe = 2
Preset = Fast
Profile = High
Now some games that are super mad for CPU These settings will not work out. So i will use NVENC or set up a good 720p profile. However any game that does not use 50% or more of my CPU i can use these settings without bottlenecking the CPU or dropping frames.

I have not created a bottle neck both these games are using the same settings and bitrate in OBS.
And neither of them are close to bottlenecking the CPU.
Is it just the way of it that vegetation looks like ass no matter what.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated :)
