From what I can read on the log it was because of the internet bandwidth is this correct?

Youtube also reported that the bit rate I was using wasn't I deal and to up it to 2500. Would this be a good idea?

Recording and streaming are done by different threads and can have different settings. So I suppose it absolutely is possible for something to affect one, but not the other, leading to the sync problem.

The only thing in the log that pops out at me are some frames dropped due to network lag:

20:01:27.871: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 2908 (3.2%)

Hi Ian. Did you ever resolve the issues you were having? I think I am having similar issues streaming for the same purpose (guitar + singing).
