i need the elgato cause capture without a card would take a lot of my fps .
crysis 3 and gunz 2 take a lot of fps and the elgato would save and recordings.

but still thanks for your "advice"

can someone help me with my stream and my elgato capture ?

Using a capture card on a single PC setup provides no benefit, and in some cases can actually lessen performance. Since you can't use the hardware encoder on the card while using OBS (not that you would want to, the quality would be horrible) your CPU is still doing the encoding. Using Window Capture with Aero enabled, or Game Capture will provide little to no performance impact. Capture cards are useful for streaming consoles, or used in a 2PC setup. If all you want to do is local recording, the Elgato software will be sufficient.

As far as the rest of your stream settings, you should post a log file. Instructions on how to do so are stickied at the top of each forum section.

Usually when people have this type of problem it seems that they aren't matching the Elgato to their source resolution (e.g. the source is running at 1920x1080, but because they plan to stream at 1280x720 they set the Elgato to 1280x720 as well). Make sure your Elgato resolution matches the source resolution it's capturing. If that doesn't work then linking to a VOD that demonstrates the issue might help.
