Hello all! Im pretty new to streaming and i dont really understand anything when trying to set up my stream...

Proccesor: Intel core i7-2600k CPU @ 3.4GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5
Internet:
100 Mbps download
10 Mbps upload
Ive tried many guides but they only tell what to set up for their specs so yea.. Feel free to fill in ehhe! Im experiencing high FPS drop for me in game, and video seems to be stuttering a bit, not lagging but yea kinda blurry.
