Help to install Obs v.32 on Ubuntu server 24 with ARM64 processor

Good day to the community. I have a Taishan2280 server with a 128-core ARM64 processor. I have Ubuntu Server 24 installed, and the only OBS version that installs through the official method is 30.2. It won't let me install any higher version. I'm also having the problem that my CPU usage fluctuates between 15-20% and then suddenly jumps to 45-60% before dropping again. I have plenty of CPU available. Does anyone have any information on how I can solve this problem?

You will have to build OBS from source.

I use this awesome repository https://www.deb-multimedia.org/archive with a pi5. It's for debian but maybe dowloading manually you can make it work.

me podrian explicar un poco mas porfavor , le doy detalles de mi equipo es un servidor huawei taisahn 2280 le estoy asignando 58 core y 20 Gbpsde ram y asi el cpu esta bien elevado tengo tarjetas atlasv300 Npu, pero igual esta elevado el cpu parece que obs no reconoce mi tarjeta grafica
