Help to change OBS screen size?

I had just installed OBS and ran the test video recording. I selected something that enlarged the OBS program to fill my laptop display completly and I can't shrink it to open the browser window I want to record. How do I get back to a view where I can select the "window" I want to record?

Basic windows (or any OS), look on the top right corner:

The OBS window was at maximum height and width. The common icons you refer to were not available. That was strange in itself but I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. no problem now. Except I now have an echo in the audio on my new recordings! What Audio setting corrects this?

A common cause to this can be found on advanced audio settings, if you selected to monitor an audio source and the monitor output (audio settings) is not properly set.
