Question / Help help the only encoder i have is x264 and i get encoding overload

ok so I get the encoding overload and I cant change my encoder bc the only encoder I have is x264 when ever I stream and record so I'm asking if anyone could help me with this thx
there should be a picture of my pc specs (I'm not sure what things are specs so its just my processer and ram and system type)
