Question / Help help streaming with new gaming laptop

hi i have a GE60 2QE Apache Pro laptop with 8gm ram my graphics card is a nvidia gefore gtx 960m and intel hd 4600 my cpu is a quad core intel i7 4720hq 2.60ghz

when ever i try to livestrream my fps will go below 30 but the dropped frames will be 0

my upload speed is 10.38mbps and download is 37.87mbps

Maybe lower your in game settings? Im on a laptop to it got the ge62 2qD apache pro with the i7 5700hq, 12gb ram and 960m.

Im using the multiplatform obs version and these are the best settings i can get for when streaming. It also depends on the game.

720p 45fps 3000bit
very fast preset
bilinear filtering
