Question / Help Help Streaming to twitch

Ok Here is my situation.

I live in South Africa, I ge about 25Mbps up and down.

The issue is that there is no twitch servers close to me, the closest one is about 170ms.

I did some tests and found that a single rtmp connection is very latency depended.

For instance, when the latency is running @200ms twitch test gets about 2100 kbps and when @170ms 2700kbps.

This won't stay constant, the stream will go well for about 30min then I would start dropping a ton of frames.

I am able to stream to youtube because there is a ingest server close by, can do 5500kbps 60fps 1080p with 0 dropped frames.

What I was thinking of doing is to stream to youtube in high quality, Then using a server someware in the EU grab te rtmp from youtube and push it to twitch, but I don't know where to start.

Do you have any suggestions on dedicated or cloud hosted vm's that will be able to do this without costing a arm and a leg
