Double Monitor (Samsung S23B550 - LG FLATRON E2350)
i5 3570k 3.4GHZ
GeForce GTX 660ti
8GB RAM DDR3 1600MHZ

Internet -> 60mb/3mb - Down/Up

I have loss of in-game performance streaming with OBS and i see guys streaming with worst PC than mine without this problem.

FPS issues!
I got 190~260fps normally. but while streaming i got 90~180fps causing video spikes sometimes.

You don't really have many late frames, so OBS is performing well enough. It seems like normal load on your computer from streaming. It turns out that live-encoding video is stressful on your CPU and makes other things perform slower. Fortunately, it appears that your monitors are only 60Hz so you shouldn't notice the lower frame rate.

You can try lowering your x264 preset to superfast if you are willing to have lower quality, or maybe try QuickSync if you have a compatible motherboard.

I would suggest capping CS:GO's framerate. With it uncapped, OBS and the game will compete for GPU time, and that can possibly lead to issues like the one you've described.

its actually even worse... since csgo is based on a source engine and the source engine is literally a cpu engine your gpu does almost nothing

im guessing you are actually playing on 1920x1200? or did you also downscale your game to 128a0x960? no matter what you should fix your fps max in csgo to 100 so you dont have those massive drops as long as you dont have massive drops you wont feel any stutters ingame

With LoL it seems good and with CSGO it goes frame by frame and i dont know why the fuck its happening..

Found out the problem, just dont know how to fix it.

Frame by frame only occurs when CSGO is in FULL SCREEN.

Any idea?

When you are using game capture? Because I see in the log that you've had a few monitor captures which shouldn't be able to capture it at all when it's in full screen AFAIK.

LOL, sry guys, its happening with any stream/video when cs running the stream/video go frame by frame, my stream should be fine.

Oh I know exactly what you mean now. When a game is running fullscreen on monitor 1, monitor 2 only updates every second for some reason. I had that problem on W7 too.

i've never even heared of such an problem :o ... but since you got windows 8 you can pretty much use monitor capture and play your games in windowed mode
