So i wanna know which settings would be efficient to run a good quality stream.

My computer:
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO processor-cooler - 92mm 17-30dBA
XFX Core Edition PRO550W
Intel Core i7 4770K / 3.5 GHz Processor - LGA1150
ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 graphics card - 2GB
Crucial - 2x8GB DDR3 1600MHz PC3-12800 CL11
Gigabyte GA-Z87P-D3 - ATX LGA1150

I'm mainly gonna stream WoW, so would like an good quality stream which im pretty sure my pc should be able to run, same with my internet, as its not bad. Btw, i will be streaming at twitch.

Ingame Resolution: 1920x1080

Speedtests:

I am using it, but the quality doesn't seem to be that good i'd say. Also when i turn around it gets blurry.

Currently im running:
veryfast preset
3000kbs bit/buffer rate
19200x1080 downscaled 1.50 (1280x720)
Filter: Lanczos (best detail, 36 samples)
FPS: 60

You might try lowering the framerate, so more bits are put into each frame, because at 60 FPS you'll have that. You can also see if you can run it at Faster instead of Very Fast since you have a 4770k.

Can you post an example video? Because with those settings, you should probably have a decent looking stream. It might just be that your expectations are too high.

The delay is because of Twitch's new infrastructure change. There is a lot more delay between what you do and when it appears now. More info here: http://blog.twitch.tv/2013/12/service-u ... is-online/
