Question / Help [HELP] Stream preview is lagging

Hi,
So, I wanted to start streaming, I have a connexion which is not so good but I thought it will be okay. But, when I want to test the stream, in the preview screen I can see that when I want to click on another window, in the preview screen there is a little time beetween when I clicked and when it's open. And it's really lagging, it looks like it is in slow motion.
I don't have a good PC but I before I streamed without any problems. :/
Here is my config :

Intel Core i3 3217U
6 GO DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M / Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
 
A 15-30 second delay between what's happening on your PC and what's shown on-stream is normal; livestreaming has a lot of back-end work to replicate the stream out.

Post a logfile from the Help menu. Your CPU is indeed very weak.
