Question / Help help stream lag

Hello. When i expend the game (CS:GO) the screen is being freezed and i hear the sounds of menu but my screen is freezed it makes my desktop being increased to the sizes of my cs:go ( i play 1024x768 with black bars 4:3). How can i solve this problem? Thanks in advance,really want to stream :)
