Question / Help Help: Skyrocketing Ping

I've been streaming games on and off for about two weeks in 720p without a problem! Then one night, I start OBS up and start streaming, and my ping just skyrockets to 8000+. I was playing league at the time, but it happens with all games that I try to start up. It starts out fine for a few moments, but after that the only thing I can do to lower my ping is to just stop streaming. There isn't any FPS drop, either. I have not changed my settings from when I streamed before.

you're dropping frames.

assuming that you have something like 4.5mbps+ upload do the following
change aac back to 128
3456 bitrate/bufsize and lower the quality to 9

Thanks I'll give that a try. But I think it lies with my ISP now. For some reason I'm getting .95mbps upload now, which shouldn't be happening.
