Hi i need help for setting up my stream i have around 0.7 0.8 upload (i know i rlly slow but i dont need 720p ) and i use for stream pc with
intel quad core q9550 2.83ghz
ati radeon 6670 hd
i have tryed use estimator setting bug have high ping 150 170 ping

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. The only way to reduce that is to lower the bit rate that you are streaming at.

for have stable ping i need use 100 buffersize every bitrate i use if i use 600 bitrate and 100 buffersize have stable ping

Well, if that's what works, then great. Your picture quality will be reduced, though, since the encoder won't have much freedom to vary the bit rate as needed.
