Could you run an upload test here -- http:/www.testmy.net/upload, making sure to test to a server near the one you would be streaming?

At the moment you seem to be streaming in 720p at 1000 Kbps and that is just not going to look right. We need to figure out what a more appropriate bitrate for you would be.

Max Bitrate: Stick with something like 2000 for starters. Which already should make 720p@30 FPS look pretty damned good.

Well, you do have to set up the resolution properly. As far as the webcam is concerned, make sure to add it as a Global Source. Webcams behave strangely when not added as a global source.

ok is there anyways i can have my whole screen and if not should i get some sort of overlay because it looks really shity just having my league window up

Just go back to how you had it, if you prefer it that way. You don't have to do it how I suggested, no one is forcing you to. If you want to show everything to the entire world... by all means, go right ahead. I'm not stopping you. ;)
