Question / Help Help setting up OBS to capture from AverMedia Live Gamer Extreme GC550 card

I recently picked up the LGX after giving up on my old Roxio card. I need some help setting it up to capture through OBS to live stream. I've tried making a Video Capture source, and I can't seem to get a pass through on the AverMedia program. It might be an issue with the card itself, but just want to check here as well as their forums. Any ideas?

I just got an LCX, and after installing latest drivers etc. I was unable to get any video or audio feed in the preview. I'm using OBS-MP, which seems to be the issue as I tested the old version and it works.

I read on this forum that there may be a driver issue, so I rolled the drive back a version, added as source, had to switch the 'resolution/fps type' to custom and matched the resolution in the drop down box, and the video and audio feed magically appeared.

So its possible that a roll back on driver will fix the problem.
