Question / Help Help setting up my OBS

Alright, I want to stream games such as Left 4 dead 2, GTA San Andreas ect...
I was messing on with the settings and can't get a good enough setting. It's seems like a cheap stream.

My Specs

AMD Quad Core 6800k(I think) 4.2Ghz
GTX 650ti SSC 2gb edition Evega
8gig ram
700 watt PSU
64bit Windows

My settings in OBS are...

Bitrate: 2800 with CBR Enabled
Resolution: 1080p downscaled to 720p Lazcrs(Best)
CPU Preset: Very Fast



Could someone help me? Give me some settings or advise me?

I experimented with the custom encoding options. Put them as 3200 each and that seemed to help.
