I hae a fairly low end laptop, in regards to gaming, but it will run things, such as Diablo 3, and various other games, I need help getting my settings right so I can record my gameplay footage without frame rate suffering, I'm not expecting anything like 4k, but just lagless video would be nice. Is there a way to upload my system specs here so someone can see them and tell me what to do to fix this?

TL;DR
Use simple settings
Streaming 2500 Kbps 1280x720x30FPS
Recording: the settings I posted before

Scene: Add at least a game capture to record / stream your game
Reuse this game capture in all scenes.

You can add as source your webcam and overlays.
