Theres no real experience other than the CPU is too weak, its a trial of error to find out what works for you. I would suggest, depending on the game, to start with 720p30 on veryfast Preset. From there on using faster Presets meaning of superfast or ultrafast and also downscaling to the Point where you find a suitable sweet spot between Ingame performance decrease and enjoyable Streaming Content.
