Question / Help Help Setting for 480P twitch (low upload speed)

Hi
I'm from Colombia and the max Upload Speed you can get here is 1MG (unless u are a company) so with that speed i want to Stream in Twitch at 480p (i think is the best quality I can get with that upload speed)

My PC is: Intel i7 2600
14 Gb RAM
Nvidia 560ti
Internet: 7MG Download Speed 1Mg upload Speed

how do i configure OBS to stream league of legends at 480p? (i also want to stream Plants Vs ZOmbies garden warfare, Cities Skyline and Gnomoria)

help me please T_T

In enconder i put: Use CBR check
Bitrate 700 kb/s
Audio AAC 48kHz Bitrate 64 Stereo

In VIDEO: Base resolution 1920 x 1080

Scale video to: 852x480
25 FPS

In Advanced

check Use Multithread optimizations
Process priority class Normal
Scene Buffering time 700
Allow other modifers on hotkey check
x264 CPU preset Slower
Encoding profile Main
Keyframe interval 2
Use CFR check

i'm making any mistakes?

700 bit rate
try changing the preset till you feel your lagging or losing frames
higher preset reduces the amount of bityou need to upload as you pre render it for veiwers

at 480p25fps slower should be fine for an i7

lower your audio bitrate to 64 or 96kb/s then use that little bit to go into your main bitrate.

audio and video bitrate are separate so if audio bitrate was 128kb/s and you change it to 64kb/s then add 64kb/s to your main bitrate, i.e. bitrate and buffer set to 764kb/s.

every little bit helps at this low rate :D

yeah wirless, well i will not stream online games.. T_T when i stream singleplayer games like FEZ it streams well!

the strange part is that i had saw some streamers from colombia in twitch streaming league of legends... i dont know how they do it. cause i have ask and any internet company at colombia sells more upload speed than 1MG unless u r a company...

connect your pc to the router from a cable, not wireless. it will make what little connection you have, worse with wireless.
