I have googled and googled and googled and i still cant work out what i need to do to fix my issue.

I have dual PC setup gaming PC with a i9-9900KF with a 3070ti and my streaming pc with a i7-6700K with a 2070 Super. I was trying to originally steam from one pc but that was too much apparently for it or i had some settings wrong which i didnt know. So i got another pc (for free) and decided to setup that one to take the processing of the rendering etc away from the gaming PC. I started with just trying to use a NDI output to the streaming pc, i was still getting render lag. So i decided to get a elgato capture card to see if that made a difference, still doing the same thing. I just don't know enough to work out this issue, i have read some of these forums from other people and try to follow steps but still not working.

The only thing i want to stream is Warzone, when running warzone and OBS in the background on my gaming pc it is at about 60%, So the CPU is big enough to run both. The streaming PC i am using x264 as the output which should be fine and well about recommended. i have quick internet so i can run a 6000 kbps stream with no lag from that side of things. Im just out of ideas!!!!!

If someone can have a look at the log file and see what the issue is i would really love to know. Thanks

The log is from your gaming PC, not the streaming one. I don't get what you're trying to do.
OBS should be runnibng on the i7-6700K with a 2070 Super you mentiones as the streaming PC. The video capture crad should be in this computer too, so you can then capture the video feed with OBS and stream it.

I have worked out what was happening. I know there is confusion so i did show the log from my gaming pc as this was the one that had the render lag. I have the capture card USB 3 into the streaming pc and the HDMI into the gaming PC. So the streaming PC was not getting any lag but on the preview on the gaming PC it was laggy and stuttering. Long story short the render lag was due to me not changing my audio settings in warzone to default as thats what i had set on the sound capture program. So my warzone was just trying to find something that was set properly. Problem solved!!! Thanks for responding!
