Question / Help Help regarding Settings

Hi all,
i'm pretty new to streaming (first time actually) so i hope to find some help here, on how to set up my Video Settings as best as possible with my PC/Internet.

First some facts:
PC:
GPU: 4096MB Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K 4x 3.50GHz So.1150 BOX
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance Blue DDR3-1600 DIMM CL10 Dual Kit
Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro4 Intel B85 So.1150 Dual Channel DDR3 mATX Retail
SSD: 250GB Samsung 840 Evo Series 2.5" (6.4cm) SATA 6Gb/s TLC Toggle
SHD: 2000GB Seagate Desktop SSHD ST2000DX001 64MB 3.5" (8.9cm) SATA 6Gb/s
Sound: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Extreme Audio retail PCIe

Internet:
Download: 50 mbps
Upload: 2,44 mbps

Games:
Mostly League of Legends for now.

Have you tried the estimator? https://obsproject.com/estimator

After using the estimator, my recommendation would be to do some trial and error on getting the settings just right for the particular games you might be streaming. Seems like you're mostly limited by your upload though. Probably would recommend something like 720p or 540p at 30fps with perhaps around 2000 bitrate or less.

where can i set the p rate? and is there a way to limit the upload useage? So i won't lagg ingame while streaming

You can change what resolution the stream is in Settings>Video.Honestly, 720p30fps at 2000 bitrate should look pretty solid for LoL, assuming your connection can handle that without having high ping in game. You can probably go as low as 1500-1800 bitrate before you'd want to consider downscaling further.
