Can anyone help me find the best settings for recording fortnite at 720p at a good and stable framerate?
My Specs:
CPU: Core i7 2600 @ 3.40 GHz
GPU: EVGA Gaming GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB
RAM: 16 GB
 
To be honest, it's you actually running many tests to see what you like, and constant tweaking of the specs, pretty much adjustments of bit rates to get the desired look.

Don't sell yourself short, if you're just recording record in 1080p (1920x1080) 60fps. Your hardware can most certainly handle that just fine.

Watch these videos from the best teacher on OBS. This is how I learned, and yes, I did many tests to see what I liked, didn't like.
