THIS is not FPS, CPU or connection related issue. I PROMISE!
I have a really nice computer.
dual pc streaming:
avermedia live gamer hd
4790k
GTX 460
z97 msi g45
16G ram
stream pc is doing this in the video below with capture card, webcam BUT only to the stream. I make a video recording to desktop in AAC or MP4 and both as smooth and clear of this random stutter. Why would this only do this to the stream. I updated all drivers....MULTIPLE TIMES. REINSTALLED OBS MULTIPLE TIMES. REFORMATED TO W10-64bit. reseated cpu, gpu, and capture card. moved cap card to pcie2.0 and 3.0. It seem only related to stream it self not recording. I thought it was a buffer in capture card but the webcam is USB and it does it as well. I updated DIRECTX as well. CLOSE TO REMOVING ALL PARTS and starting fresh with new install of everything as well. Someone please help. A
