Hi!

Im a youtuber and want to stream, but my obs doesn't work... i dont know the problem, so please help...

Why did you change this?

It also looks like the audio encoder is failing to start. Did you change advanced audio settings as well without understanding what you were changing?

I only changed stream settings and played around with them to make them work, but it haven't been able to start from the time that i got my computer... I haven't touched any sound settings, how can i fix them?

Well, change the renderer back, and you can try installing the CoreAudio encoder to fix the audio issues: http://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-studio-enable-coreaudio-aac-encoder-windows.220/

How to change the renderer back? And i have already tried to download coreaudio

You can change the renderer in OBS Studio Settings > Advanced > Video > Renderer.

Are you using an N edition of Windows 10?

N Editions of Windows are special versions of Windows sold in Europe. They don't come bundled with some media features that the standard Windows has due to Microsoft being disallowed from doing that after losing a lawsuit about competition from the European Commission in 2004.

To check if you have an N Edition, follow these instructions.

If you do have an N Edition, you might want to install the Media Feature Pack to install the missing media features. You're currently on Version 1607, so here is the download link for that.
