Question / Help HELP PLZ (WEBCAM)

I started streaming long time ago and ive been noticing a problem whenever i switch scene it freezes for a little and starts going again and it really anoyying plz help
 
Whenever you switch scenes your webcam must stop and restart, causing it to freeze. You can fix this by adding your webcam as a global source instead. Under the edit scene button, click Global Sources and add your webcam. Add the webcam to your scene with Add > Global Sources > Your Webcam.

i dont have global sourses when im on add
