With this connection i can not stream on FULL HD ? Tested in Bulgaria To Amsterdam

What wrong and why it won`t let me stream over 1200

That log only contains a test where you use 1200kbps, and then 5500kbps. That's quite a jump.

Does it drop frames if you go to, say, 2000kbps? That should be enough to make a 720p30 video look decent.

Still have lag`s on loading at twitch but why does the connection not match? when you guys have suggest that website
