It seems that a lot of my viewers on stream are saying that things are becoming pixelated everytime i move in game and I can not seem to find out why. My computer is more than capable of running the games and streaming, and my internet is god tier. SO, I think its my obs settings.

That's because you're using NVEnc instead of x264. NVEnc looks worse than x264 at a given bitrate.

Because you're trying to stream 1080p at 2200 kbps. For that resolution you'd need more like 5-10Mbps which is more than Twitch allows, so downscale to 720p.

Lower your webcam resolution to 540p.

Finally, update OBS to the latest release.
