real-time Video encoding can be VERY computationally demanding. And 1 PC has to combine all audio video and others sources into stream content
Audio on Windows OS isn't all that good
so... you have a number of options and hard for anyone to advise without more info
Depending on you sources, and planned streaming sophistication, using your Mac to run OBS Studio might make sense (possibly using NDI or similar to send video out from PC to Mac). But m-series CPUs are designed for low-power consumption, NOT true performance (regardless of what others may say). OBS Studio is unmistakably outside Apple's walled-garden, so you need to know what you are doing, real-time monitoring, etc..
Depending on nature of PC, sending audio out from Mac to PC, and streaming from PC may make sense
