Also did recommendation thing for OBS and got this. But still doesnt stream good without dropping tons of frames.
CPU Advice

Set FPS to 30
Consider setting FPS to 60 with a resolution downscale if you have spare CPU power for improved motion quality
Game Advice

Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.
Network Advice

Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
Enable CBR for improved stream stability
Recommended max bitrate: 3500
Recommended buffer size: 3500

Upstream: Measurement aborted due to high packet loss rate.
That means your internet connection is having some serious problems. Try running ShaperProbe a few more times to see if you can get a successful run, but this isn't looking that great.

Are you trying to stream over wireless? Can you post your log? viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97

Lol I hate comcast they have come out so many times to fix this problem...Fail everytime. I am hardwired into the router. Netgear high end router. So I'm not wireless. I 'll try and figure out how to post a log.
