Help please obs is just not working with me, keeps crashing and freezes PC.

I used ddu to remove all drivers from my graphics card and installed the latest drivers, but this issue has been happening for nearly 2 months now.
There appears to be no crash report on my system

- but plenty of others with that PoS plug-in StreamElements (which on top of its other 'issues' pukes all over the OBS log). Have you tried uninstalling/disabling it?
- And I see you have monitors at higher refresh rates and a non-simple division to get to 60fps. This isn't my area, but I recall others recommending such ... whether that applies in your situation or not, I'm not sure [the suggestion being capping game frame rate.. and possibly monitor refresh?? to simple multiple of capture rate, so if streaming/recording at 60fps, maybe use 120MHz refresh rate?
