Question / Help help please my stream laggs when i stream dota 2

Hey guys my stream laggs when i stream dota2, wihtout streaming i get 59-80 fps but when i stream it goes from 40-60. Frames mostly drop when im in teamfights which is awful. I used to stream on a 4:3 monitor with a small amount of fps drops but i've bought a new monitor 22" and now its worse (or maybe just more noticable?)

Your CPU and GPU are both pretty poor for streaming. Also your bitrate is too low for 720p streaming. Instead of increasing your bitrate, I'd increase your downscale to lower your stream resolution. This will make your 1000 bitrate more appropriate and simultaneously make things easier on your CPU and GPU, which will help reduce your fps drops. Try streaming at 480p instead of 720p.
