You're dropping a bunch of frames. Lower your bitrate. Your connection cannot handle those bitrates in a sustained, constant manner. Also, disable that custom buffer; you shouldn't be using one unless you have a specific reason to do so, know what it does, and what the tradeoffs are. You're also going to want to drop to 30fps, and I'd recommend 1280x720 resolution.

That log almost looks like you were just putting in random values, trying to make it work.
