Question / Help help please im getting low fps and i dunno why

i have been using obs for a while now with no problems but yesterday i went to record some minecraft and i was getting ridiculously low fps and i mean 1-2 fps nothing has changed in my settings or on my laptop and i was getting between 20-40 fps depending on what gamemodes i was playing
i have tried unitstalling and reinstalling
using 64bit and 32 bit
lowering my minecraft settings to lowest
lowering my recording settings to lowest
i have even reset my laptop to factory to see if it would work but nothing works i can only get 1-2 fps when previewing/recording
the only way i seem to get good fps is if i use window capture instead of game capture but then it just records 1 frame and my audio

Looks like its using the onboard Intel graphics... the Sandy Bridge era graphics were quite bad though. Does your laptop have another GPU in it? If not, there may not be anything you can do.

I'm afraid not because I restored my laptop to factory and re installed my applicilations when I couldn't figure out why I was getting such low fps
I didn't backup my log files as I didn't know about them at this point

only thing i can possibly think of is that something has gone wrong with my cpu
because like i said it was working fine a few days ago
i was getting fps that i was able to upload with at least and then i end up with 1-2

any ideas on how id be able to run a system check ?
