So sorry again for bugging the people of OBS, but not so long ago my internet company(Virgin Media) capped my internet, we should be changing ISP soon but until then i have been capped and i'm hoping the people of OBS could help be set up a stream where i don't hit this cap.
So this is the link to show what my caps are: http://my.virginmedia.com/traffic-manag ... holds.html
(Please remember this cap only applies in the times they have set which to them are peak times or to us prime time streaming)
For anyone who does or doesn't click the link well this is what it is, my internet is the XL60 package meaning i get 60mb/s download and 3mb/s upload(soon to be 6 but that doesn't matter with this cap) so every hour i have a cap for my upload of 900mbs if i go over this cap in this hour my internet gets 1 hour reduction of 60%, now if i keep using the internet i get a 2 our reduction 75% which i found out to be something like 0.45-65 upload.
Now what i'm asking for is what bitrate could i stream at, meaning i won't go over my cap by shit ISP but also but a good quality stream where my viewers will not have a problem watching it i.e No pixelation or blurriness. The game i am streaming is League of Legends so not something which is hardcore.
I'm hoping someone could help me with this, i have tried setting up my stream bitrate myself so where i don't go over my cap, which has worked sometimes but my stream quality seems to drop a lot. I tried to follow this guys guide lines for this problem(He has the same internet as me) and his stream looks 10 times better than mine.

Also a link to the youtube video about it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1NUh7a9Ifg
But again i am very sorry for this massive wall of text but sometimes it has to be.
Thank you again,
Will.
