i haven't streamed yet and i've asked around friends and reddit and found out that my system is more than capable of streaming. can't start streaming yet since the preview screen has very low framerates. i've tested with other software as well with same results. i went live with another software to check, and the video of my stream has low framerates like the preview screen in OBS studio.
