Help on hardware specs

Hi All. I am going through some tough health problems at the moment and struggling to get some things done. I could probably figure more of this out but I am really struggling. So I was hoping someone here might be able to help me a little bit with some feedback. I am sorry to ask what probably seems like such an obvious question to many on the forum. But I am not much of a hardware person. I just don't understand enough about it to know for sure that I am getting what I need. Could someone offer some input on a laptop I am looking at (specs and link below)? I just want to be able to record video (mp4) smoothly while watching some things online. I don't have space in my home for a desktop. Right now (with my older laptop without a dedicated graphics card) I often have choppy recordings. I am hoping that this laptop would be able to record shows smoothly without the choppiness. If this would likely work could you let me know? If it wouldn't could you please let me know what component is not up to the task and what I should look for?
