Okay so I'll run everyone by what I have tried to do already.
- I have tried using both the 64 bit and the 32 bit versions of OBS.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled all software dealing with OBS.
- Restarted my computer and PS4 that I have connected with the Elgato HD 60
- I have tried USB 3.0 and the USB ports in the back as well of my MOBO.
- I have tried looking for the device on " Video Capture Device ".
- I have looked up tons of videos on youtube but nothing points to this issue.
I am not sure what else I can do to figure out why my OBS won't detect my Elgato HD 60 capture card. Everything is connected correctly. If anyone could help me out that would be great!

P.S. I can't select a device in " Video Capture Device " settings. When I click the drop down tab. Nothing shows up.
