Help - OBS with Intel® Core™ i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz

Hello everyone, I have a dell laptop with an Intel® Core ™ i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz processor, I recently bought a grabber for the nintendo switch and when selecting the grabber in OBS the screen is totally black, which could to do in this case, I have seen thousands of videos and I have followed the steps and it still follows the black screen

Does video from the Switch show up in MiraBox's own software? Have you tried plugging a different video source into the capture device to test if it is working? Have you plugged the Switch into a TV to make sure it is outputting video? (I had the last problem myself, not realizing that the dock MUST be plugged into wall-power to output HDMI, I assumed it could run on battery temporarily.)
