help obs virtual cam stopped working after update

Hello
my obs worked for months perfectly i use it for live panels thru restream and now streamyard on YouTube i updated windows 11 and updated obs with few days then suddenly when i turn on virtual cam it either freezes with or gets tiny and dissapears up left corner ive tryed everything deleted obs reintalled all get same result please help log file link below
