I recently build this really nice computer cost about $1,200 great for gaming and streaming December 2015.
I've been streaming for a long time so I know my upload speed is correct with my current bitrate.
I've had no problems with streaming for the last two months until last week.

My pc specs are
  • MSI Gaming Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
  • Intel Core i7-4790k 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
  • Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB Memory
  • MSI GeForce GTX 970
  • CORSAIR HXi HX750i Power Supply
When I start up OBS it usually streams fine for about a hour or so then after a while my frames will drop from 200 to about 40 on the game I stream (league of legends specifically). Right after my frames drop my OBS will soon freeze and crash after that.(4-5 times during the course of a 5 hr stream).

It's been doing the same thing for about a week now. I've tried doing a system restore to last month and also uninstalled/reinstalled OBS and manually redid all my scenes (according to my viewers advice).
Neither of them helped and I'm still experiencing the same problems.

I've attached the most recent log file, but in the past two days once I realized my fps is dropping to 50 in game I manually shut off obs and restart it just to fix the problem.

stability issue? this pretty much has to be if you are crashing. OBS just doesn't crash without hardware, driver, or settings issues.

sorry I'm unfortunately extremely bad with computers I learned how to use OBS slowly from my friend.
What stability issue could it be?

I actually uploaded a larger log crash file that I couldn't upload here
