Question / Help HELP!! OBS settings for league of legends!!

Recently i wanted to try streaming league of legends on my laptop but i don't know what settings i should have
so i went for a random setting and i have 300-500 ms in-game and lags really bad while streaming.

my download speed is 6.2 Mbps and upload is 610 Kbps (using testmy.net)

Can anyone help me with my OBS settings?? i really want to stream just for fun but i can't.

Better to build a desktop than buy a laptop.
In order to get a laptop that is suitable, you MUST buy one with an i7 processor that ends in one of HQ, QH, MQ or QM.

Desktops you can get away with i5 processors.
