My videos are very low fps when I have 120 fps and 120 fps for obs or 60 for 60 fps HELP!

Since I'm waiting on possible responses on my topic, I'll try to help yours.
Through my journey with attempting to stream on my old dual core 2.2ghz laptop, I found that low fps when I begged for 60 fps was due to
- Too high encoding, this appears in the bottom left
- CPU usage is maxed, usually this co-sides with the first point.
What are your settings and hardware?

In general 120FPS are close to impossible for current Hardware in a reasonable Resolution.

Please post a Log and try to properly describe your Issue.

It's not much of fps, is runs smooth for half of it. Then is freezes then goes then freezes

I dont really understand what you are trying to say, are you trying to stream and have buffering issues?

Such as my videos just freeze and it's just choppy
