Question / Help HELP! OBS is causing in game FPS to extremely drop!

Hey all,
So this is just started happening, but i went to stream tonight and noticed there was a lag/frame rate issue when i was streaming Heroes of the Storm. I thought it was the game, so i quit and went to overwatch and started streaming that. My normal FPS is around 100 and was like that yesterday when I played, but all of a sudden I was averaging maybe 20. Super frusterated! I had to quit my stream and as soon as i did that, my frame rates jumped right back up. I started to test just recording and same thing happened, my fps dropped the second i started any recording/streaming in OBS. Thanks for any help!

I think we need the basics: what's your OS? What encoder within OBS you're using (settings to stream), what's your OBS version...
But first, did you know that you can send your log file so we can help you? In OBS go to Help/Log Files/Upload Current...
The more data you give...

Like you have to read it before you ask any question in the forum (in OBS Studio Support part), it would be helpful :)
